Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate all Regional Fleets operation as necessary
  • Planning,managing routing and truck arrangements for company staff
  • Oversee Fleet maintenance, schedule for repairs and schedule for annual inspections
  • Cordinating with leasing company for vehicle leasing, contract and negotiation
  • Perform on site inspections for fleet equipments activities, ensuring such is acquired, serviced and disposed of in a time efficient and cost effective manner
  • Develops implements and maintains strategic, fiscal and capital improvement plans for the department; generates and administers operating budgets for the units

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Control office software packages(Power point, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English and Swahili


  • 3+ years Experience
  • Driving Licence
  • Experience in Mechanics
