(Business Developement & Operations Management)

JOB PURPOSE

  • Management of all Fiber Optic regional projects
  • Management of all processes, methods, technologies in relation with the Fiber Optic activity in order to achieve financial objectives
  • Ensure the business development for the region and responses to tenders
  • Develop Fiber Optic Network solutions to the final client
  • Propose price list to the client and guarantee the development of Regional Camusat subsidiaries

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

Management of all fiber Optic regional projects 

After contract agreement, create the team to roll out the project

Follow the project with the client and the project management

Guarantee all the resources needed for the performance of the project

 

Management of all processes, methods, technologies in relation with the Fiber Optic activity in order to achieve financial objectives

The skill of fiber optic project will be able to give solutions and network architecture to the client

Be always updated to the new trends and technologies in the market with straight relation with supplier and manufacturers

Must know all the process for Fiber Optic Cable network deployment, from survey until network activation and commissioning. Also to the provision of the final subscriber

 

Ensure the business development for the region and responses to tenders

Be aware of the region market and the client needs

Schedule meetings with potential clients to promote Camusat has Fiber Optic partner

Demonstrate Camusat capabilities to the client, give them good prices and optimized solutions

Be able to give a complete answer to tender within full scope, technical answer and commercial answer

Be able to order material and follow all internal process with procurement and logistics department

 

Develop Fiber Optic Network solutions to the final client

Propose network architecture solutions according with the client needs

Support the client in all technical and organizational scope of the project

Propose planning for the rollout of the operation

 

Propose price list to the client and guarantee the development of Regional Camusat subsidiaries

Guarantee the growth of all subsidiaries of Camusat in the region

Control the margin of the project and same time give the best optimized price to the client

Propose budgets for each project to each client

 

INITIAL TRAINING AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCES

More than 5years experience in fiber optics and vast knowledge in ISP and OSP deployment.

5 Years’ experience as project Manager

3-5 Years’ experience in giving quotation and solutions to the client

3-5 Year’s in supporting the service provider with technical solutions

 

KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent knowledge of the geographical area offer: markets, technical nature of products, target prospects, local economy

Knowledge of telecommunications sector : products and services

Significant experience in team management

Strong interpersonal and business skills

Good communication capacity

Carrying out risk assessment

Commercial awareness

Knowledge in finance

Overseeing the accounting , costing and billing

Skills in overall management of activities: management, economics, human resources

Control office software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Fluent in English, French and Spanish

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or Master’s in Telecommunication Engineering or related courses

Bachelor’s Degree in project management and Technical Operations

Scope: CALA Region (Dominican Republic + Haiti) + French Antilles (Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guyana)
