Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organised and efficient in daily tasks

  • Excellent Computer Skilsss, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and demonstrates skills in database management and record keeping
  • General knowledge of Tanzanin Labor laws and best practices.
  • Ensures a continuosly follow up on the evolution of local regulations regarding environment,health and safety and work conditions.
  • Ensures compliance of the evolution of the social regulation and respect with internal rules
  • Pilot recruitment and training process of the geographical area defined

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • 3 to 5 years Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
  • Control office software packages(poerpoint,Excel,Word)
  • Fluent in English and Swahili

Qualifications
